There’s no greater adventure on earth than simply living the life of generosity and abundance that is available to all of God’s people – but that so few ever dare to live. It is a journey of reward. It is the blessed life.

I was saved in a shabby little motel room. Of course, you don’t have to be in a church to be saved. After all, you’re probably not going to die in a funeral home. It’s convent if you do, but it probably won’t happen.

Hearing God’s voice is not about something we do. Rather, hearing God is about someone we are. Hearing God is not primarily a behavior. It’s a reflection of our identity. We hear God because of who we are and because of whose we are. In.

Believers cannot be truly happy or at peace as long as they remain largely focused upon themselves and their own needs, wants, and hurts. Only in becoming outwardly focused on ministering to the needs of others can they experience real satisfaction and sense of purpose. Thus we pastors do them a great disservice if we allow people to continue to see themselves primarily as recipients of ministry rather than deliverers of ministry.

The trap the enemy wants us to fall into is worshiping the blessings rather than the Blessor.

Imagine yourself sitting with God, having coffee and chatting about life as you might with a friend. What kinds of things would you talk about that you aren’t currently talking to Him about right now?

Tithing isn’t really giving – it’s returning. It is bringing back to the Lord what is already His. Thus, the second principle of multiplication is that finances over and above the tithe must be shared if they are to multiply.

All of them are finding the materials to be more expensive, and that puts a squeeze on profits. We are talking about a market that is more price-sensitive today than a year ago, with the interest rates going up.
